All Actions for District Admins or Roster Approvers
This section describes how a district admin or district roster approver can perform every action, when that action is available.
Who can edit when?
Roster statuses determine which role has edit capability. When one role can edit rosters, the other roles can only view those rosters.
Statuses | Role with edit capability |
---|---|
| Teacher |
| School Administrator or School Roster Approver |
| district admin or district roster approver |
*No role can edit rosters that are in the status Teacher Approved by School or School Approved by District.
- A School Administrator or School Roster Approver can change the status of a teacher's rosters from Teacher Approved by School to School Is Verifying by expanding the teacher's row in the list of Approved teachers and then clicking Edit Rosters. This gives the School Administrator or School Roster Approver edit capability for that teacher's rosters.
- A district admin or district roster approver can change the status of a School's rosters from School Approved by District to District Is Verifying by expanding the School's row in the list of Approved schools and then clicking Edit Rosters. This gives the district admin or district roster approver edit capability for that school's rosters.
