Managing Access to Teacher Reports
There is a two-step process for requesting and managing school users' access to individual Teacher Value-Added and School Teacher Summary reports.
- School admins can add and remove the Individual Teacher Value-Added and School Teacher Summary permissions to school users' accounts. If the school admin selects the option for EVAAS to send the user an email, the message states that access to these reports is pending approval or removal. See the instructions for modifying school user accounts.
- District admins and district users with the Teacher Report Approval Capability approve, deny, and remove access to these reports. When one or more school users is pending review, EVAAS sends a nightly reminder message to District admins and district users with the Teacher Report Approval Capability. See the .
In cases where multiple users with approval permission are available, it's possible that one user approved or denied pending requests before another logged on.
