Determine who submitted a roster

The Roster History report displays the date and phase when the roster was submitted, and the user ID of the person who performed the action. If you see EVAAS in the User column, and Phase closed: rosters auto-submitted in the Action column, that means a user had not submitted rosters by the end of the phase shown in the Phase column.

To view the history of a teacher's rosters:

  1. Navigate to your School Roster Verification Summary
  2. Click the name of the teacher to expand the row
  3. Click View Roster History (at the bottom of the teacher's list of rosters)
