District Verification Phase: May 23 - June 19

A district admin or district roster approver verifies schools' rosters

  • Investigate over- and underclaimed students
  • Add and remove rosters and students, adjust percentages of responsibility
  • If necessary, return rosters to School Admin with comments
  • Approve all rosters for each school
  • Submit rosters to EVAAS
Once a district admin or district roster approver submits the district's rosters, they are considered final, and they cannot be returned to the district.
