Roster Verification

Submit rosters to the district

You can submit your school's rosters to the district if they are all in the Approved list. After you submit rosters, you will not be able to edit them unless a district admin or district roster approver sends them back to you.

  1. If you are not already there, navigate to the School Roster Verification Summary.
  2. Click Submit All Rosters.
  3. Optionally, in the confirmation window, enter a brief description of your request or concern. EVAAS will include this description in an email to the district admin or district roster approver and display it on the district's Roster Verification Summary.

  4. Click Submit All Rosters in the confirmation window.
